Low Light is just a criminally underrated song.

I've always said that Riot Act was the best sounding Pearl Jam record.

But listening to the original pressing of Yield on vinyl on a competent hi-fi system has me second guessing that.

One of Pearl Jam's best for sure.

I was reading the Janelle Monae thread and I can't believe that the consensus there is that The Electric Lady is better than The ArchAndroid.

A couple years later I still feel that way, yeah. But Archandroid is really amazing and Electric Lady is only slightly above it.

I really love The Elctric Lady, but The ArchAndroid is unfuckwithable.

Supposedly, at 3400 years old, this is the oldest surviving written melody. And I absolutely love it.

I think Abbatoir Blues/The Lyre of Orpheus is my favoirte Nick Cave album. Lyre of Orpheus if I have to treat them as separate albums.

Why didn't Wilco do Mermaid Avenue without Billy Bragg? Or just not let him sing?

I think the project started with Guthrie's daughter, who contacted Bragg, who invited Wilco to participate. Greg? Kot goes in depth in his Wilco book, but it's been a while since I read it.
