Nicely answered, Anders. That was a test.

eveything with leia running, specially in ep 2 was very poorly handled. I blame Chow, not the actress.
Nobody here will believe this or understand it
But
Princesses don’t run. Ever.
You’d need to live beside a weird colonial monarchy to get this but there’s
Reasons for that crap run

Shouldn’t have to explain this
But the slow stunts you saw are leading to something else.
Just think about it.

The running looks weird because it's all filled in a warehouse in Venice Beach, and if she ran too fast, she'd be across the set in 2.5 seconds.

Exactly. The slow awkward stunt stuff is a Volume problem.

As long as the storyline and emotional connections are there the rest of it doesn't bug me, though.
So far, the story has felt right to me.

ST, I also remember hearing about retooling the script because of similarities to Mando, but my recollection was that it was specifically to Mando S2.
I think the issue was the fighting of a Crate Dragon. That happened in the Legends Obi-Wan book and I'm sure they were going to pull that into the show but Mando did it first. All speculation of course. And as you say, there are plenty of other similar beats.

Yeah, this was reported on right after the end of Mando Season 1 (January of 2020), so I'm sure the Mando Season 2 scripts were circulating at the same time.

Also, I laughed out loud when OWK said to 10-year-old Leia, "You remind me of someone...she's dead."

People are saying Reva is the little black girl padewan in the temple in the opening scene.
That would make sense

Did you guys know that “old Ben Kenobi” is actually Jedi knight Obi Wan Kenobi?
Mind blown.

Never thought of that. That scene did feel a little pointless a bit.
But if you’re right, the master fighting off the troopers (beautiful pure Jedi exciting fight style)
Might have been them making a point too.
I think if it's true that Reva is one of those kids, it isn't pointless at all. It might end up being essential backstory for her.
Well herself and the other Jedi guy I can’t remember his name who finds him at nighttime?
They might have both been there.
That was a snag for me.
If that guy lost on tatooine in the dark could find obi wan how come everyone can’t?
Who sent him there how did he know etc?
You literally responded to our speculation about it dime

yeah, and for some reason Chow decided to show us from all the different possibles angles how small that slot is, specially in ep 2 were she is almost pointing on how few extras they got.
And yes, im sure Reva is that kid from the first scene and she must got some beef with Obi Wan. Maybe Anakin saves her from the jedi temple? and then she learns Obi Wan fucked him good from himself?
Because there must be some connection to Anakin if she knows he is Vader.

I'm now kinda wondering if Reva isn't just out to punish Kenobi for his role in Order 66 (not protecting the padawans) but if she's also out to get revenge on Vader. Not just for his role in slaughtering Jedi but also his role in torturing her and turning her into an Inquisitor. Maybe that's part of why she's tired of hunting "nothing" Jedi. She doesn't want crumbs, she wants a big fish. Not just for the honor in that. But because she wants someone who can take down Vader.
And since Kenobi almost did it, maybe she thinks he can finish the job. Or, better yet, maybe the two of them will take each other out.
Maybe overthinking here. Certainly don't need that to be the case. Her hatred at Kenobi is enough and makes sense by itself. But it's an interesting thought experiment.

Yeah, buddy. We've been talking about it from the jump. I don't even think it's a question at this point. As I was watching it in real time I thought that was her. And it makes total sense. I'll be shocked if it isn't the case.

I have most of the people on this board foed.
For good reasons.
How does this tie into Grogu getting rescued. And you know it will.
They just painted it in broad strokes. But we don’t have the details yet
