Yeah really I was hoping to come back in town to see that it had leaked. Wouldn't count on anything this weekend, now I guess the waiting/refresh game continues on Monday.

Why does everybody think it won't happen over a weekend? It's not like this is a formal thing.

Or am I missing something?

Personally I don't think it'll happen at all.

The leakers have to spend time with their families. Blame it on the union. They'll be back at it on Monday morning at nine.

Well, they can't change plans / contracts with distributors / retailers, I wouldn't imagine, but they can send the download out early.

Historically it just always seems to happen during the week, I imagine these things occur when the CDs are shipped out to stores (during 'standard' weekday business hours), a worker nabs one, rips it and uploads to the internet. But you're right it's feasible that it could occur on a weekend as well. Ha I'm no expert, just going on what I've read and seen in the past.

Hey at the very latest it will be out there by Friday when it's released in a few select countries (can't remember which ones).

I think if I were going to leak something I'd do it on the weekend so there's less chance if it being shutdown quick or something.

This time next week it'll be out in Australia anyway though.
