I have the weakest legs.

Growing up my sister and I would punch each other in the back of the car. I wasn’t allowed to punch her arm - she wasn’t allowed to punch my leg. Hurt way more to take a full punch from her in my leg.

I’ve actually been working out the past couple months (not just on my laptop) at the gym and it feels really good.

Now that my nerve blocker has worn off I was expecting much more pain based on the hype. It probably only a 5. Maybe the Oxy is working.

I remember them shaving it yesterday but I don't have any shoulder or back hair.

I think my foot is finally better. I did 15 treadmill miles last week as well as another 6 on the elliptical. I've taken 3 days off since and I'm looking forward to getting my milage back where it belongs.
