yeah i like his podcast. He seems super happy, and knows his stuff.
They have an inhouse studio and producer now. Surely that works well for them. Hopefully they are continuesly writing and recording these days.Monkey_Driven wrote:I think it is safe to say there were lot of leftover songs/ideas from the Gigaton writing sessions that didn't make the album for some reason or another.
Great to hear they are continuing to work together.
That was over 25 years ago. Who cares?injuddstree wrote:Another opportunity missed for an interviewer to press a little bit harder on Dave A when the opportunity comes up. Damn it.
I know they've all got busy lives, but i think it would've been cool if rather than going on podcasts to do interviews, they did one or two of their own, in-house, and talked about what they've been up to. i mean, if they have the time for these one-off interviews, they have time to get on zoom or whatever and talk amongst themselves and provide an update that way. maybe even play couple songs for shits and giggles. modern-day self-pollution radio.joostone wrote:They have an inhouse studio and producer now. 5 year cycle? Are you on drugs?96583UP wrote:"Even in the last... we're working on... we're trying to write songs for a new PJ record right now." - Stone
This may practically turn out to mean: 'We have entered year 2 of 5 of the now-typical PJ album production cycle'
hope I'm wrong!
There's nothing to say. They decided to kick him out, and they did. Judging by the shit he's said about the band since then makes me think he's probably not a great guy anyway.Higgs wrote:Me goddammit.E.H. Ruddock wrote:That was over 25 years ago.
