my wife surprised me an early father's day gift...
she even ordered some accessories--spatulas, a press, squirt bottles, and a pancake batter dispenser. if those arrive before the weekend, and it finally stops raining, i'm going to make breakfast outside.

spending the summer perfecting my flat top craft sounds like a fast pass to ultimate dad life.
i will 100% wear socks w/chacos while i cook.

take the eggs off before you think they're done and let them finish cooking on a cool surface
