Part of the issue here, as has been explained again and again, is that you think "racist" is an act. Until you unlearn that you're headache isn't gonna go away.

And with that, I've filled my quota for the day. I'm gonna bow out again by saying you have a lot of work to do tree. You say you want to do it, then do it. It's on you.

OK, Joe. You're a werewolf. I'm not going to tell you why, but you're a werewolf. You have a lot of work to do if you don't know why. I'm out.

You tattled on a black guy at work and got him fired while bragging about using company resources against company policy. That's a pretty fucking big racist act.

But he didn't feel like he was racist at the time.

You're using narrow metrics on how you chose to define and acknowledge racism, tree. It really feels like you're not even trying to understand what people are saying to you in this thread. Which is fine. You don't have to listen or try to understand. But if that's the case, you should stop insisting otherwise.
He's not. He's trolling.

Haha, i guess I will discuss this again because you're very confused. I didn't do it because of his skin color. I wrote the witness report because he was sleeping and that's against company rules and he was caught, and I was caught catching him by the chief of security, and I was told to write a witness report. The chief also wrote a witness report. Guess what color his skin was? Do you think I would have even told you about this incident if I thought there was anything racist about it? I felt bad because yes, other people sleep and break many other rules, including me, and don't get caught. But yes, it was on him for doing it out in the open for all to see, knowingly breaking the rules. So silly you keep bringing this up.

Tree's a piece of shit who rats on his co-workers. It never occurred to him that when asked to write a formal witness report, he could have just said "you know, I think he might have been sleeping, but I'm not confident enough in that judgment to put it in writing and sign my name to it."

I know for a fact that not everyone with dark skin feels the same way about anything. John McWhorter, Coleman Hughes, and Glenn Loury are three I can list off the top of my head that feel as though the system isn't so oppressive and people have exaggerated perspectives on it, which they say can actually be harmful for their race. Yes, there was extreme oppression in history. I'm talking about today.

So am I. And you are pointing out the exception not the rule. I'm sure a large majority of black people don't feel the way they do. But keep cherry picking to prove your point. It just shows you DO know what you are doing and are not actually open minded

You say this like it's something I do on a regular basis. This is something I've thought about and wonder if I could go back if I would do the same thing. I think I do regret writing it. Not because he's black, though. Skin color has nothing to do with it. I was swept away by the chief of security giving me an order. I have a good job and wanted to remain in good standing. I probably should have stood up to him and said no. Have you ever done something you question, chud? Perhaps driving into someone's house?

Yes, there's been slavery, but it doesn't exist anymore, so racism doesn't exist anymore.

Again, you're reading into what I'm saying and not actually listening to what I have said. I was replying to what you just said. I don't know what to believe on the subject. I don't know what most black people think or how they feel. I live in a tiny bubble. All of this might as well be happening on Mars. My intentions are good. I wish nobody harm. I want to figure this out as best I can.

To be honest, I think the ratting on your coworker thing makes you a shithead more than it makes you a racist. And in fairness, I'm glad to hear you have some regret. Usually when it's brought up you defend it like you had no other choice, when you absolutely did.

I defend not being a racist. Race had nothing to do with it.
