We got Mema and Papa Wease a toaster oven/ air fryer combo deal for Xmas. It’s fucking huge. On our way with it right now.

COVID forced us to cook at home even more, and through Christmas, wedding gifts, and purchases, we've obtained and use or will use frequently the following:

Air fryer
Egg cooker
New dutch oven
New cold brew pot
Nitro injection container
Blackstone griddle-top grill
Educational cheese books and proper cheese knives
Various fun and educational cookbooks
Clouuuuds Rolll byyy...BANG BANG BANG BANG

what dutch oven did you go with? i went a bit crazy a couple weeks ago when Staub put some of theirs on sale for $99...I got 3 :oops:

My wife cooks an amazing pork rib sinigang in our creuset once or twice a month. She never follows a recipe, but this is probably the closest to how she makes it. Pretty easy ingredients to source except possibly the taro root depending on where you live. She uses tamarind powder from a packet.

those almost work better on the sink when you have sourdough stuck to the stainless steel that you're too tired to clean before bed time and end up doing it the next morning...
