Maybe I am misinterpreting the Tree account, but the few times he has started a thread in this sub-forum, it always seems like he's either (lightly) trolling or maybe really stoned and just wants to post. You seem mad about it.

ehh i'm just talking and thinking out loud in here.. a little stoned sometimes... it's just really hard not to push back against the atrocities coming from the ello and verb accounts regarding the obesity problem

It is a reasonable argument. He said it "can" be dangerous. It can also be helpful.

Lots of people were perfectly reasonable in this thread. I don't think saying that obesity/eating disorders are the 678th hardest problem to overcome is reasonable.

It's odd that no one has a solution for the public health issue of obesity that doesn't involve being a dick to fat people.
