lol pointing out this weird obsession with dave a isn't anyone trying to be a 'loyal soldier'. one of your points about dave a being an important member is b/c he's in pictures the most. matt cameron saved a tour and maybe the bands career. jack was behind the kit when the band started exploring new musical territory. if you like his style the most, that's fine, but you are overstating his role in pearl jam.
Financially speaking, I wonder if the numbers are fairly close from the major label Dave revenues (CDs and more recent sync licensing) vs independent act ticket sales

Not sure that would be a fair comparison given the change in the industry between those time periods.
