If I did it all manually I would also rate songs a little differently, and a few seem a bit out of place, but overall it's a good list.

Did anyone else find it annoying that it included covers?

At first I tried to pick all originals over covers by default, but then I got Leavin' Here against like Just Breathe or something, and I couldn't do it any longer.

Leavin' Here is their best cover by miles.

Crazy Mary seems like an oversight.

I know loads of people hate it, but i really love last kiss. Maybe cause i don't think i'd heard it before getting into pearl jam a few years ago. But chirpy 50s teen death song? Awesome.

I love leaving here too though, lots of fun, and ed sounds demonic. And i like live crazy mary circa 2000, never really been attatched to the studio version though.

I feel like my rank should be "Cold dead heart" at this point.

Don't worry Lament. I was labelled that due to not liking Just B, Last Kiss and Wishlist.

Last Kiss is really great. One of the few covers of a classic that I prefer to the original.

Being labeled by stip for not liking a bad song that he likes is like a little kid calling an adult "poopy pants". It's funny, cute, and you have nothing to worry about.

I figured you didn't like this one and I was going to call you out by name. But then I thought 'hey, someone dies. Maybe lament likes this one'

Haha. No, actually I think on the list I posted it came in behind everything except for Sirens and Just Breathe. That being said, I don't mind the Frank J. Wilson version that much, and I enjoyed the Pearl Jam version once upon a time, before the billionth time I heard it in the summer of 1999. I've never recovered from the summer of Last Kiss though.

The thing I really like about the "Last Kiss" cover is how laid-back and, like, deliberately half-assed the band's performance is. Like they were going for a lazy, almost lounge-singer-backing-band sort of vibe, the music kind of grooving placidly along-- except for Ed, who delivers a totally earnest performance all the way through. I really like it. It works.

It is a good performance. I just don't want to ever hear it again.
