stew beef, pepper, one chopped onion, half pound of sliced mushrooms, one can of golden mushroom soup, one can of cream of onion soup. simmered on low for about 6 hours until meat was tender. Then, add 8 oz. of cream cheese and 8 oz. of sour cream. Served over extra wide egg noodles. :li:
