How good is this Hawks team? Their depth is unfair (Nick Leddy is on your 3rd line? Wha?) Their stars (Toews, Kane, Hossa, Sharp, Keith) are playing like stars. Saad already looks like a superstar, and Crawford finally looks like a competent playoff goalie. Best team in sports right now.

I think Vancouver is the only team in the west that can beat them in a seven game series, but given how much Chicago hates them, I wouldn't be surprised if it was 2009/2010 all over again

Well he's maybe the 3rd d-man if you're talking depth-chart behind Keith and Seabrook.
But yeah, the current streak is just insane. They should just hand them the cup right now.
A no, there is no chance in hell that the Canucks can touch the Hawks in the playoffs. The only team to challenge them in the west will be the Kings because they play true playoff-hockey.

Leddy is also behind Hjalmarson (sp?) and Oduya.
I don't think Vanc can stop this team. The won't even play Luongo in Chicago. I agree that the Kings will be our biggest challenge.
But yeah, they are playing amazing hockey right now. +31 goals/against and the 2nd best team is +14.

I reserve the right to still bitch about Vancouver's own problems with this issue though
I think I'll vomit if I ever see Ribeiro in a Bruins sweater.

That was a fantastic comeback for the Pens. All three of Crosby's assists were great, but I especially loved that soft backhand pass from behind the net on Dupuis' goal.

They consider Crawford their number one. Emery has been great but I have a feeling he will come back down to earth a little bit.

the team has given up on laviolette. hopefully they can him soon and bring in a coach who isnt afraid to dress muscle and bench star players (briere, timonen). id also like a real enforcer on the team instead of 5'9 zach rinaldo.
