My god this round ...

i've been looking ahead to round 4. It starts getting REALLy tough there. That first bracket especially.

Long Road, I Got Shit, Porch, Hail Hail. DTE, and Immortality


Insignificance has a shot to really go far in this tournament. It isn't up against nearly as many powerhouse songs.

Invited the fam for this one... head-to-head listens, then up to a vote... We're stuck on Sometimes v. Who You Are...

Also, Sad is the fam-fave of this round... We all hate All Night!

That sounds like a really fun idea but there might be too many songs to pull it off. Maybe it could be a separate tournament during the World Cup! The final 32 songs get put into 8 groups of 4 like the WC.

EDIT: Even better yet, make it an "underdog" tournament. The 32 songs that get ousted in Round 3 of this tournament get put into a World Cup group stage tournament in the summer. That way there's no redundancy with the same 4 songs in the final 4 for both tournaments. It's just a little something special that can be done every 4 years when there's a World Cup.

Yes, but i was thinking more like SOH or Insignificance. Looks like Grievance will lose to NFY so that's out.

SoH is up against RVM and then possibly In My Tree... so that's certainly a long shot. But NAIS and Insignificance have a fighter's chance.

Spot on. When I saw PJ earlier this year she asked if I was meeting any of my little friends.
