the pulled pork suggestion makes a lot of sense cuz that's a ton of pork. after you've had your fill, you can freeze individual sandwich portions for quick meals down the road.

I will not be purchasing such a thing. I may use liquid smoke in my crock pot. I have to cook this tomorrow.
