You know what I felt this show needed? To dive deeper into the economic political element of saving the world against vampires. And boy howdy this past episode did not disappoint.

That last episode was brutal. Ev gets shot in DC an then stumbles into a bar in NYC. Could he have even traveled into the city? That explosion scene was just awful. Awful.

That explosion was fantastic.

I should have known that the first season guy wasn't Quinlan. But despite the show being just ok. If they end this season how I think they will.

With the destruction of nuclear power plants across the world causing then the sun only to be visible for 4 hours a day.
Season 3 might be tolerable.

I will admit season 2 is a little more tolerable than season 1.
