When I say "private trackers," I'm just referring to any torrent tracking website that requires an invite or an interview to sign up and use it (so What, Waffles, and the like). Most of the large music-centric trackers have at least a small comics section: Waffles has 1300 comics, another tracker I'm on has nearly 3000, and What has the largest selection with around 13,000. Probably the easiest way to get into What is to take an interview (see this link: https://www.whatinterviewprep.com/). If you have a disabled account, you can also use IRC to try and get it back (see the front page of that site for some details).
