This was on cable TV a lot this weekend so I watched portions of it.

I think what the OT gets right is a real attention to details. There's a guy in an X-Wing who like gets shot at, not shot down, but it must cause him to bleed because they show the partially blooded face. I just felt like that was so human. I can't recall if the new movies ever feature blood or bleeding?

If only every movie made could be Empire Strikes Back.

It was jarring to see blood in star wars, it was more raw back then.

Why is C3PO programmed to feel pain? R2D2 burns him when welding him together.

R2 probably fixed it that way to torture him
