does Fisher have say over their personnel / draft selections? I'd figure this is more their GM's fault. Although from Hard Knocks it looks like Fisher doesn't do shit all day.

Fisher is respected in the league though so if Kroenke he got rid of him you have to wonder what other possible candidates would think about that opportunity.

And Kroenke and Fisher both have killer mustaches so that would be a pretty significant betrayal right there

Kroneke will make a fuckload of money no matter what being in LA so he may not even give too much of a shit at this point if they win

Putting together a staff is generally the coach's decision, and a lot like Lovie Smith, Fisher seems to have no idea on how to build an offensive staff or scheme in this day and age. Shit, even the defense is a mess and looks to be getting worse. It's a shame that Gurley and Donald are trapped on this team.

I don't know. Not every good QB was highly touted or drafted in the first round. It's not always easy to see until it, you know, has already happened. I just don't agree with your assessment that the entire team is awful. They have a lot of good pieces, they're just missing the most important one.
