We bought a Sonos Arc with a subwoofer and it’s a life changer. Worth every penny.

Damn. That’s tough. I would say the Sonos, only because I could still cook without the sous vide.

after some more careful measuring, i think the 65 inch is the way to go

Might be the best bet. 75 is comically large in most living room setups.
