Just cut them and make a knot.
Did Jordan Peterson not teach you that in a YouTube video?

Humidity is crushing me. I'll never complain about winter running again.

I know. Is it cheating to do your long run on a treadmill? I kind of want to.

Not cheating but more than an hour on a treadmill sounds awful.

For me, more than 10 miles is actually tougher on the treadmill. That stagnant gym air kills me.
My old, fancy gym had a patio that they'd pull about 10 TMs onto in the winter. That was glorious.

So Tim and I both run in the same color Goodr sunglasses and I noticed tonight we both paced at 8:43 min miles. This is getting weird.

Today was worse than yesterday! Legs shot. Heat and humidity oppressive. Hard to breathe. Completely exhausted when I got home. Hard to move. And I only did 4 miles.
Running is stupid.

Went out for a simple 4 miler this morning to test the hamstring.
It turned into a 10 miler on super rugged trails at ~9K feet after getting lost.
Awesome news: Hamstring is good. Mostly because I had to take short choppy steps because of the trail.
Bad news: Dealing with a case of altitude sickness now.

Tonight I was at a high school track after dark with my earbuds in. Some asshole set huge fireworks off on the football field. Scared the shit out of me.
