Damn, Phil & Skitch mean business already about the Franchise tournament. I'll start a sign up thread so we can start planning this out.

I'll do some test games and see what happens. Although now that you mention it, I had a couple starters in this tournament that didn't get used.

Here's something that makes me not too worried: there are 19 different pitchers who have had a 3.5 WAR season without starting a single game. Three of them are in my bullpen.

Yeah.

And since Skitch ran my team that one time and I got second place, it's almost like he has 1.25 titles

I know that's not how it works, I just wanted to reveal publicly that Skitch ran my team.

So I stared this thread on August 26th, 2014. We've officially completed one full year of WhatIf on RM. It's actually kinda neat reading through the first few pages knowing the monster we were unknowingly creating.

I kinda think we should be proud of ourselves, guys. I still maintain that we're the most functional portion of this entire board.

And of course, the very first reply in the thread for our very first tournament is the one that best sums up the experience so far.
