i will never forget the time i tried asking for queso in a Mexican restaurant in Chicago, circa 2000, and had to explain to the server what it was, and then watched as she brought me a ramekin with barely melted shredded cheese.

Anybody ever buy rotisserie chickens and make different type dishes with it? I'm thinking of getting into this and would love recipe ideas or recipes.
