Full Metal Jacket

I watch it every few years.tragabigzanda wrote:a great, great film that i'm glad to never watch againAnders wrote:Full Metal Jacket

I have seen it several times, but I'm kinda team trag on this. It's a masterpiece but not something I need to ever see again. I won't actively avoid it but I don't seek it out. Actually, Clockwork Orange is another one like that. Kubrick's made a lot of movies that are some of the best but are hard as fuck to watch over and over again.Anders wrote:I watch it every few years.tragabigzanda wrote:a great, great film that i'm glad to never watch againAnders wrote:Full Metal Jacket

I do feel like that with Clockwork Orange. Just rewatched it a month or two ago, since my wife hadn’t seen it, and she asked if we could. But I had no urge to.epilogue wrote:I have seen it several times, but I'm kinda team trag on this. It's a masterpiece but not something I need to ever see again.
