This was only the first incident where he hit some people. He hit another guy later. Apparently everyone just sort of laughed it off, dusted themselves off and kept watching the show.
A month or so ago downtown St. Louis was seeing a rash of street racing and donuts like this, and the cops weren't doing anything about it. I think they put up concrete barriers near some bridge entry ways to discourage the street racing.
Obstacles should make street racing a lot more fun!
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Good to know a lot of you are cool with people being shot in their homes for no reason, solid reasoning all around.

Hey, the cops had Breonna's name on a warrant.

No. I'm saying there were no drugs. There was no crime. There was absolutely no reason for police to be at that apartment at all, let alone kicking in the door. The warrant was a pile of shit, and the people responsible should be held accountable.

Uh, her drug trafficking ex was driving around in a car registered to her. She may not have been involved, but provided the authorities plenty of reasons to believe she was. She had entanglements with a dude involved in ongoing criminal acitivity. Fuck the drug war and all that but you need to separate what is and what should be.

The warrant was poorly executed, lets focus on that, and the policies that allowed it to be served as it was. What the cops did or did not find does not determine the validity of the warrant.

Or not, and we'll just lose the opportunity to improve policing because BLM and its allies think they can fix the souls of men, and that is the number 1 item on the agenda.

I don't often agree with you but I do not think we can magically fix the souls of men.

Step 1: Abolish the Police
Step 2: Provide for the material needs of everyone
Step 3: Form a drum circle to celebrate the end of racism and the Utopain world free of crime we have ushered in

Its so simple, why isn't everyone on board with this straight forward BLM policy presciption?

The worst ones are the people that aren't even associated with the movement in any tangible way, but read Vox articles on the toilet during their WFH lunch break.

"Providing for the material needs of everyone" would not be magically fixing the soul.

Not in your reading, of course. Some seem to just squint at that and proclaim it will abolish crime and racism.

Racist capitalists hate this one weird trick.
