I'm ashamed to admit I've never listened to it. I love everything prior, and Mountain Battles too. But for some reason I missed TTK when it came out, and never went back to it. I'll try to find a used CD so I can add it to my scrawny car music collection.
it's a good one!

Kind of suprised search "Hiatus Kaiyote" returns nothing. I just discovered this band and I'm loving what I am hearing so far:

I've been listening to a bunch of greatest hits albums of 80s one hit wonders. I don't know why I'm doing it. It's sick but I can't stop. Outside of the one or two actual hits, it's some of the worst music ever made.

Finished Corey Hart, now onto Mister Mister.

Eddie Money had a lot of hits. Nearly filled out his greatest Hits album.

Cutting Crew was not so lucky, however.

I didn't think anyone other than Canadians even knew who Corey Hart was. Sunglasses at Night, Boy In The Box, Never Surrender and Eurasian Eyes is all I can recall by him. I'm afraid to listen to any of them though.

Sunglasses and Never Surrender were big hits here. Never heard of anything else from him.

I heard it last night and thought it sounded kinda over-produced and too "try hard".

First listen though so maybe my opinion will change.

I remember singing that album's praises back when it was released and getting crickets in response.

I did however cop some shit for including 'Master of My Craft' on that mystery mixtape thing Lament ran.

I'm ahead of my time.
