Win the game against the Sox in Detroit and you don't have to root for anyone.

As far-fetched as it is, what happens if there's a 4-way tie for 6th place? The front page says a play-in game for the sixth place tiebreaker. Is that only if there's a 2 way tie?

To make the tie-breaker game, I would need:
Pirates sweep the Indians.
Tigers to get swept.
Blue Jays to win no more than one game.
Cubs, doesn't matter.

Yeah, could happen. :|

If four teams tie for sixth, we well do the head-to-head/best record against first place thing to rank those four teams from #1-#4. Then we'd have a three game mini-tournament for the sixth seed. If it is a three-way tie we will do the same thing to rank those teams #1-#3. #1 would play #2. The loser would play #3. The winner of that second game would play the winner of the first for the sixth seed.

Feller, Perry and Tiant with Mesa at the end is pretty damn good.

Skitch, I feel like we're well on the way to building a huge fake-baseball rivalry.

We'll soon reach chud and jorge levels of vitriol.

I think so, if only because Kaius barely participates.

I feel like a Red Sox-Cardinals series will lead to the most animosity of any possible matchup.
