I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I enjoyed episode 2 about as much as the first one. I don't see it going too far beyond what's already been established as the show's tone. But I dig it enough. Very Judd Apatow, which is not great, but is an ok way to disconnect and pass the time for 30 mins.
My wife and I are watching this and are enjoying it. The biggest laugh from either episode was, "Tom Hanks?!?!"

I came to the decision the other day that I'm just gonna stop even trying to watch new TV shows. The rewards are just too meager to justify the time investment.

what are a few series you truly love?
Pretty much only comedies. Dramatic shows? Star Trek: TNG, the first two seasons of Z Nation, the first few seasons of The X-Files. Struggling to think of anything else.
