Why does Eddie always get drunk while performing? I think this is a big problem. His performing is turning to shit because of it, he forgets SO MANY lyrics and can't seem to keep up a lot of the time. He's basically a drunk on the stage. I'm surprised this doesn't cause problems within the band, I'm sure the other guys don't enjoy a drunk Eddie at every concert. Worst of all, I'm losing hope of a decent Black Market Lightning Bolt because Eddie can't remember lyrics.

I don't know, what's the point of being a rockstar if you can't get drunk every show?

You're onto something here. I think Ed specifically gave up on PJ a while ago, starting roughly when most of the band was on the edge of leaving because they weren't stadium rock enough any more.

exactly. Stadium rock is what they were before and what they are now, with exceptions obviously, but that seems to be what they want to be perceived as. "Not stadium rock enough" is their main issue with those 2 records as far as i can tell.
