As of May 2024, Biden had appointed more federal judges than Trump did his whole term and the blue team already had the lead in that area. Red team leads in the appellate courts and the Supreme Court though.

Did the judge refer to Thomas's concurrence regarding the appointment of special prosecutors? Has no one challenged the propriety of Special Prosecutors before? Seems like something the Clinton admin would have looked into.

This question is something that higher courts are going to have to decide on, so perhaps premature, but not exactly a crazy ruling.

I had heard this, but I don’t know where it originated, and the photos and videos don’t show any damage to the teleprompters you can see on stage. Could it have been other debris? Sure. But I don’t think enough has been released to know one way or another right now.
