Yeah, most of that sounded like a guy who realizes that the ML training data produced from these scans will put him out of business. I mean is he going to advise against yearly CBC panels as well? But the idea of a 'cascade of care' leading to unnecessary invasive treatments is interesting to consider. I wonder what the actual chain of events is in a situation where one of these private companies scans you and finds something anomalous. Do they report it to your healthcare provider? Your insurance? The Gates Foundation?

I’ve just been made aware of the phenomenon of snack drawers. Parents have a stash and also doing snack drawers for kids.
Do any of you guys do this thing? Is it normal? Am
I the weird one here?

A dude where I work keeps a snack drawer in his office. He left for Covid and didn’t come back for two years. During that time after one guy came back, the other guy got something from the snack drawer and bit into a rock hard candy bar and chipped his tooth. He seriously was asking about worker’s comp.

During Covid, the tech company my wife worked for had to have exterminators come to the HQ office building because of snack drawers. Hundreds of cubicles left empty for that long, many of them with snacks in, was a rat haven by the time people returned. Thankfully my wife works remotely.

Black liquorice is awful. And red liquorice isn't liquorice.
