The setlist was perfection for a shorter festival set:

Digital Witness (slower, funkier arrangement)
Down
Birth In Reverse
The Laughing Man/New York (she got into the crowd for this)
Holiday Party
Los Ageless
Fast Slow Disco
Pay Your Way in Pain
Cheerleader
Year of the Tiger
Fear the Future
Your Lips Are Red
Melting of the Sun

And yes Mark was there. The whole band was fantastic. The show, the theatricality of it all, just blew me away. Annie was locked in.

I got about as close to the rail as possible, only like three people in front of me. Lots of folks were sitting, waiting for Pearl Jam. No one around me knew StV. A group to my right was talking, loudly. And then she started playing and just demanded attention. Folks started standing up. Started cheering. She really took over. Incredible.

Annie during the final verse of New York @ the Bourbon and Beyond Festival in Louisville, Kentucky. I was about twenty-five feet to her right.

I saw that. Couldn't tell where it was taken (at the festival or someone's house?) but it made me happy. Ed came out and sang some songs with Neil Finn prior to Annie's set and I REALLY thought she was gonna come out and join PJ on stage during their set. Bummed that didn't happen.

But Mike McCready was side stage during Annie's set. That was fucking cool as shit.
