I had a ribeye tonight as well.

I'm saving the ribeye for either Sat or Sun. The wife and kids are out of town, and I got the whole place to myself. Steak, roasted potatoes, Tarantino movies I got for my birthday and haven't seen yet and no wife or kids. That's a damn fine menu right there.

Roasted chicken and brussels sprouts for tonight.

How was it? Did you relish in it?

Grilled the ribeye last night. Finished it with some bacon grease and butter that I put some rosemary and thyme in. Good god. That was one of the best steaks I've ever made.

I had a farro, kale, chicken, avocado, cherry tomato, corn, and salsa salad today ... for lunch.

sauce is simmering and realized I'm out of fettuccine...penne it is
