PS - If they can sell the tickets and TV ads then by all means, pay ‘em.

I for one love to pay more for an inferior product.

According to the Wall Street Journal the woman's team has generated more revenue than the men's over the last three years. I don't know if that includes TV money though. I imagine that would be a pretty wide disparity in the men's favor though the guys didn't even qualify for the World Cup so fuck them.

The numbers never include TV because that wouldn't fit the narrative.

For example: now that USWNT have won the world cup they will go on a never ending "victory tour" where they beat down mostly third world countries in friendlies.
