I listen to too many podcasts. I need to cut some of these. It's getting untenable!

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

If they have, I’ve not gotten to it yet. The third episode was early Sept so it may not have happened yet.tragabigzanda wrote:Do they acknowledge Fallon’s recent public takedown?wease wrote:I’ve started Strike Force Five. It’s Kimmel, Colbert, Fallon, Myers and Oliver. They started it so they could get sponsored and pay their respective staff during the writers’ strike. I’m halfway thru the third episode and so far I’m loving it. I think it great that these 5 competitors can get together and have fun with it. Fallon is BY FAR the weakest link here. He constantly sounds like some burnt-out stoner from the 90s and sounds like his mouth is full of gummies when he talks. It’s a lot of fun and has some really good laughs too. Recommended.
