This X is appearing on the inside stitching of new merch and isn't to be looked to much into.
It's an old hardcore logo. Could just be they're using it like the built to last logo

saddest thing my immediate feeling was excitment that the art was at least better than the last two albums

the only reason the movie was released was to capitalize on the popularity that grunge had already attained.
