The plus side to PJ & RHCP eventually retiring. Unreleased Music from the vaults and selected live shows. I'm still pretty bummed out about losing a potential TOTD record and the SG record that was coming. I feel like shit even saying that, but trying to be honest.

I've heard some rumors of a release of one of the TotD shows from last year. That would be awesome, hopefully the one I was attending.

I really hope this happens. The bootlegs I've heard are so good. Even the covers were awesome. Any of the footage I've seen, they all looked like they were having a great time, too.

Have you got a good version of the Fascination Street cover they played last year?

I have the San Francisco shows and watched the one from Philly that Better Than Nothing put up on youtube. I think they're available here now? I got them from Reddit on the pjbootlegs sub before I signed up here.

Doubt we will get any official news about this for a while. Still I'm more hopeful than before that we will get it in 2018.

Hopefully tour news soon. We will be able to gage from interviews/new songs played How things are brewing.

New album or GTFO. Announcing another tour at this point without new material would be dumb.

Min-Max is 0-30 shows per year, new record every 4-6 years. Solo projects sprinkled in between. That's the way it's gonna be, dawgs.

i don't mind the time in between albums if they can deliver something worth the wait. i just don't trust that it is.

Agreed. IMO the tours are rapidly becoming embarrassing.

I feel like if ed did a solo album that was like he recent solo european tour, it would be awesome and kind of like a vitalogy

but for some reason, when he is together with the band, they just cant make it happen

maybe bc ed doesnt fully dominate the album process anymore
