I fucking hate everything Marvel stands for and love everything DC stands for, so maybe I should take up this mantle.

is there enough room on your head with the movie snob hat you are already wearing?

I'm more a fan of the source material and find the majority of their movies to be just average but fun. I just can't root against them. I will back you on the DC praise though.

I should clarify that I'm only talking about the movies. I've never read a comic book from either.

I'm holding out for the Image Comics Universe movies to start being made. Spawn v. Savage Dragon or something.

Image has a ton of non superhero comics that would make amazing movies or TV. Saga and Black Science would rule the world.

I wager LV would love Black Science.

Just reading Suicide Squad is in the middle of three weeks of reshoots. I know that's pretty normal for any film but I wonder has anything been rewritten in light of the BvS criticisms?

that is the speculation. Ayer is denying that this is the reason but of course he would (he's not necessarily wrong, but you can't read too much into his comment one way or the other since he'd say it if it was true, and he'd have to say it if it wasn't)

This is surprising. Especially since you seem so passionate about your comic book movie opinions. This kinda messes with my perception of your opinions on comic book movies.

I've heard people say Batman is too gullible in this movie? What are they talking about? Where is Batman gullible? Lex hardly fucks with Batman.
