Yes, I started in August. It is definitely worth it if you buy more than 3 or 4 new games per year.

Yeah I think I'm gonna do it. $38 for Star Wars Battlefront at launch is appealing. Sounds like BB price matches too. Witcher 3 is $39.99 on Amazon but 59.99 at BB. If I could get the Amazon price with an additional 20% off that's great too.
Yeah, that program is awesome if you are impatient like me and can't wait for new games to price drop. I think I'm in it until like 2018. By the way, if you do price match, they will not tack on an extra 20%, but your mileage may vary there. Doesn't hurt to ask. The one time I tried the manager told me it was an either/or type deal. Also, buy the Witcher 3. Game of the year hands down.

I can't decide if I want to get Witcher 3 now or wait for a Game of The Year or Ultimate version or whatever type release with all the extras in there. I've been holding out for the last Batman to do that too.
You could do that, sure. The game is so amazing I recommend not delaying, however. Just the base game alone is easily 100+, so def a lot of value for the amount of stuff you can do in the game with a pretty minimal amount of filler.

Do you play FIFA bond? I can't decide if I should get '15 or '16. There seems to be a pretty divided reaction on '16.

How does it compare to '15? Assuming you played that one. Since '15 is only $25 I'm just trying to decide if $60 for '16 is worth it.

Depends on what you do. The gameplay itself hasn't changed much, but the career mode is a lot more intricate now.

Nope, sorry. Never played a FIFA game.

heh, hope none of you sank your money in to this pit. This was all too familiar to me and why I got out of working at game studios. I have no doubt that the rumors are 100% true.

Metal Gear Solid V is such a solid game. I didn't get the 100% (dont know if i will if it includes S ranking all the missions) but I did get the "truth ending."

I had a twist spoiled for me on it, so be careful when reading articles.

NBA 2k16 kind of stole MGS's thunder for me. I will try to play more of it tonight. Have you tried the smoke grenade trick for extracting people quickly?

I got it today. So far it's really good and I couldn't disagree more with the complaints I've seen online.

You can throw a smoke grenade into a jeep and drive it right into a camp filled with guards and they will not see you. Just park in a sneaky place, exit the car, grab the guy you need, get back into the car, and drive away. It is pretty damn fun.

In other news, NBA 2k16 might be the best sports game I've ever played. Refined and improved in almost every way. Plus, it is beautiful.

2K has been the superior game for quite some time now if you are looking for a realistic bball game. There is a pretty sharp learning curve though. Lots of buttons and moves to remember. Once you get past it though it is is beautiful basketball.

The last B-Ball game I bought was Live 2008 after years of buying them every year. I just updated the rosters myself and created players for years and years. Need a Next Gen one now.

2K is the way to go. Do you have a PS4 or XBox One?
