Also, I can't believe Asher cost me the first-round bye with that joke of a lineup.
:haha:
You were in the driver's seat, pal. You dropped the ball and the Royals didn't let you slip.

Cash finished with an OPS of 1.065. And a perfect fielding percentage!

haha. So as crazy as my lineup for the reds was, not only did they win, Vada Pinson at 3B made 3 errors, but Big Klu at SS only made one. George Foster behind the plate? None. Joey Votto second base? none. Man #BecauseBaseball

Votto went yard three times, right? I swear I remember that...

he did. For game 1 of the reds you linked to the Tigers game 2, is there a way to get that box score so i can finish the stats?

The next tournament starts now, right?

Quarterfinal matchups are...

(3) Kansas City Royals vs. (6) Detroit Tigers

(4) St. Louis Cardinals vs. (5) New York Yankees

Format is 2-2-2-1-1-1 with the higher seed hosting games 1, 2, 5, and 7. All pitching staffs are considered fully rested. All playoff teams can TWICE start a pitcher on two games' rest. A pitcher still needs full rest after a short rest start.

Did we decide what the next one is gonna be? Is it 1969-1994?

Games 1-4 I will go Greinke/Saberhagen/Appier/Cone.

When do these shenanigans start?

Pretty sure Votto had a big series for me in the last tourney.

I love this idea. Raise the mound-pre strike. I can dig it.

Yes lets please do that.

So I put Votto at 3B around midseason (had to keep big klu in the lineup), and had he been in from the beginning I might have been in postseason contention.

I think we should take a break before the next one, if only to give someone else time to run a tourney in sports should they want to.

And stat sheets should be required for the next one.
