I hope to one day have this level of freedom in terms of both time and finances. Sounds amazing.

I booked a Caribbean cruise for this winter and I’m a bit too excited about it. Chodes of RM, please level me out by telling me all about how you’d never in a million years take a cruise etc etc. Thank you in advance.

the thought of being on a boat for long periods of time makes me want to die. hundreds of other people getting in the pools with you, passing germs back and forth, not to mention the possibility of sea sickness. several years ago that one cruise ship that was stranded and they had to serve passengers onion sandwiches or something along those lines…fuck no. get me to land permanently, and I’ll find the ocean and dip my toes in on my own, and not have to potentially eat like a goddamn peasant.

just gross. no thanks.
Spoiler: show
i hope you have a great time.

I think cruises solo would feel weird so doubt I'd ever do one. I'm unsure on how much i'd enjoy one overall also. I'm sure I would certain parts. Would prefer to go on one with off-boat excursions.

Would you relegate yourself to your quarters?

I might go to Bariloche with my mom to see my sis in September. We could also go to Chile to Puerto Montt.

Sao Paulo is coming next. Im planning a return to Santiago de Chile mainly to go to a music festival. Both in November.

Next year is my mom´s 70th bday so it seems we are going to USA. New York for sure, and maybe Chicago or another city. Toronto is also an option. Well see its not easy to arrange a trip with my mom and sis. They go from USA to Italy to whatever in days.

The best brat stands are the carts all through downtown. We were there a few years ago. Let me find the place that we had amazing schnitzel. I fucking love Vienna so much. Great public transport even for European standards

Right outside the zoo is a great wurst stand. The ones with cheese in are my favorite. There are called käsekrainer

survived yesterday's United national computer shit show ... departed 3.5 hours later than planned, sat at the gate the whole time

fortunately connecting flight runs every hour

made it to vienna, went hard on some schnitzel and beer, amazing weather, took a walk through the park, grabbed some more stiegl from the wurstelstand

never thought i would pass on a sausage but i ate so much at the schnitzel resto i am teetering on the verge of puke Henry VIII style

what a beautiful city

kind of reminds me of rome, only much cleaner

way more cigarette smoking than i expected ... but i guess that comes with cafe culture
