Oh no, please share! I think it’s a sign of success and part of the fun when the lines are blurred between what’s a completely made up rumor vs. slightly more legit ones.

Great interview of Mike on the shredding with shifty podcast.
Very little on the new album, but still a good listen.
Key points Mike actually has not ever learned the main riff in Alive. He says Ed plays a Pete Townsend rhythm thing none of us can do.

That was a fun interview, thanks. I thought it was interesting that he mostly composes on acoustic

Mike did briefly say something that might have been a tell about the new album.....

Chris was asking him if he wrote guitar solos or just went in and played in th emoment. Obviously mike, mostly in the moment, But he did say sometimes he'll get feedback from the other guys and "Ed has this country song and he wants a particular thing...."

So, that could be something on the upcoming record.
