Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Eh, I didn't feel any remorse from that interview. He had this weird smirk the whole time and seemed disappointed when he said he had to "humble down". Didn't feel genuine, just felt like he was saying what people wanted to hear.

i see how it could be interpreted that way. But what he says makes sense to me. He obviously has a lot of issues he's aware of and claims to be working on. At least he's not coming out and trying to defend and justify the SLAP, which he could not only get away with, but probably gain a large number of supporters what with things being the way they are this day and age all the time everywhere
