Re: 11th album rumors and speculation
I feel like I've said this for the past decade but I think I'd rather have a proper Ed solo record right now than a proper Pearl Jam record.

Into The Wild is really good. Ukulele Songs is much worse than Lightning Bolt, and the Molo sessions were awful.

I am glad that it has its followers. I can’t listen to it.durdencommatyler wrote:I love Uke songs.Anders wrote:Into The Wild is really good. Ukulele Songs is much worse than Lightning Bolt, and the Molo sessions were awful.

I like most of them individually, but as a full album I struggle with it as well.Anders wrote:I am glad that it has its followers. Re: 11th album rumors and speculation
I listen to it more than Into the Wild. I'm not saying that I think the album is better, necessarily. But I goddman love Uke Songs. I can spin that thing no matter what mood I'm in.Strat wrote:I love it too.Anders wrote:I am glad that it has its followers. Most of those songs absolutely saved my life back in 2002 etc...when he was performing many of them live.durdencommatyler wrote:I listen to it more than Into the Wild. i'd like it if EV re-recorded Uke Songs in a Into The Wild style, just to see how the songs evolve. maybe he could call it Guitar Songs

Re: 11th album rumors and speculation
Maybe he could a series. Same songs, different instruments. Release one every 7 years or so. Uke Songs, Guitar Songs, Piano Songs, Banjo Songs... etc.bodysnatcher wrote:i'd like it if EV re-recorded Uke Songs in a Into The Wild style, just to see how the songs evolve. maybe he could call it Guitar Songs
