Pan seared salmon, sautéed broccoli. Mrs Wease will have boiled broccoli with cheese slathered all over it.

Salmon with sweet potato and snap peas in a panzu sauce.
First time I've ever cooked fish. Usually the wife does it. But I wanted to stretch my legs a bit. It turned it really great!
