The reason mym is the only one that shows up on the itunes tracklist is because the other 11 tracks are different live versions of betterman, but they are still deciding on the last few, LB and FD are gonna be b sides, which is gonna be seen as pretty cutting edge since the title track won't be on the album

You know what song should have been saved for this record? When the Fire Comes. No offense to Joseph Arthur, but that could have been the centerpiece to a great PJ record. I think that song is probably my favorite thing any member of Pearl Jam has done post-Binaural.

That's a great song - with Matt on drums and Mike on guitar, it already kind of feels pretty Pearl Jammy.
It's the sort of thing I imagine Jeff might've brought to the band had they not spent so long doing other things between Backspacer and the new record.

It would bum me out if the non-Ed guys don't feel they can bring stuff like this to the table anymore.
