Who cares how effective you are at winning elections? The only question that matters is "how white are you?"

California’s tax return scheme is as stupid as it is bad.

“Let’s run a court race to give states the right to set their own presidential ballot qualification standards. Republicans would never absolutely weaponize this tool in the most cynical and destructive way.”

Biden's coming here next week, but he's charging a minimum of $100 to see him, and four figures to get a picture with him. Lame.

"Also, we're doing this with the primary ballot, despite the fact that Trump will almost certainly win it without serious competition anyway, and that there are strong constitutional standards that allow party members to nominate who they want for their party."

My boy is safe for now. Always one step ahead of the government.

The DNC wants Yang out. They did the same thing to Bernie last cycle.

Delaney: “Medicare for all is a losing position and will bankrupt the nation”
Warren: “stop telling people, baldie!”

I don't envy CNN's job, but the format and questions have been godawful.

No way do I see this happening in real life though.
Bullock is going to drop out before November.
Hopefully sooner.

To my eyes, Sanders and Warren were the only candidates with even a shred of moral clarity and got big approval from the crowd. Pete solidified his VP credentials. Beto and Klobuchar were forgettable. Williamson is offering declining returns. Yeet the rest of those fuckers into a hole.

Yea, it was basically Bernie & Warren vs the rest, with Williamson doing her thing (which I find very entertaining). People see what they see, but I thought it was a good night for the progressive side.
