although i consider stanford the exception to that persona.

Dennard is a stud!

Georgia continues to embarrass themselves and the state and the conference.

Mark Richt refuses to micromanage and that's one reason why Georgia never wins anything.

That secondary is fucking horrid and uncoachable.

Just a fucking wretched effort for the amount of talent they had at the beginning of the year.

Teams in this state invent newer and less plausible excuses for awful playing and coaching every year.

Anyone else think Stanford's play calling was a little suspect in the 2nd half yesterday?

It was suspect, that dive at the end was dumb, why not give it to your star?

Hogan did good work in the first half be more aggressive

Got to give the Chick-Fil-A Bowl guys credit, they have a way of coming up with great pairings year in year out. I thought the Duke/Texas AM matchup would have been a Aggie blowout. I obviously underestimated the Blue Devils.
Enough with the high scoring games though. I'd rather watch a 24-20 type game over 52-48 any day.
And while I'm on the soapbox remember when the Sugar Bowl wasn't a consolation prize? I'll be interested to see how the higher prestige bowl games adapt to the playoffs. I know they will be part of the format but the current BCS system has not done them any favors.

Conference tie ins ruined the big bowls. No one wants to go to the same place every year.

This is a surprise. I figured Oklahoma would be losing by 3 TDs by half-time.

We need a GIF of that combined with Adrian Peterson's freakout.

And yet, the accidental onside kick at the end was even more hilarious.

EDIT: close enough for now:
