Joe, have you started Lessons in Chemistry yet? If you don’t declare it your favorite show this side of Twin Peaks, I may have to stop watching television altogether.

Granted, I’ve not read the book so I’m not comparing it to that but now I want to read the book very much.epilogue wrote:wease wrote:Joe, have you started Lessons in Chemistry yet? I haven't started it yet.
Funny though, I have the book saved to my Goodreads and I saw the trailer on Apple+ and thought... "gawd that looks like garbage! which sucks because I love her so much and the book looks so goooooood!"
But if you're telling me it's good, that's good enough for me, bub. I'll check it out.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I had the pleasure of watching this finale because my girl loves this series for some reason...and damn what a slick soap opera you guys watch. All that trouble for those tv programs?wease wrote:Finished The Morning Show. Some things worked out as expected some things were a bit surprising. Ready for next season.
but you'd still have to pay for apple tv to get their contentE.H. Ruddock wrote:Appt TV+ just raised their rates. Time to start a "reattach the cord" thread. Cable is probably cheaper than having multiple streaming services now.
I realized my flawed statement after I posted it, but decided to just leave it and suffer the consequences.spike wrote:but you'd still have to pay for apple tv to get their contentE.H.
