Thank you, Zombie Chicken, for your sacrifice.

25. I got close to two million runes from the chicken over about two hours. Maybe less than two.Monkey_Driven wrote:Damn. How many hours in?Ensign9 wrote:Thank you, Zombie Chicken, for your sacrifice.

You're gonna be a king for the early areas.Ensign9 wrote:25. I got close to two million runes from the chicken over about two hours. Maybe less than two.Monkey_Driven wrote:Damn. How many hours in?Ensign9 wrote:Thank you, Zombie Chicken, for your sacrifice.

McDonald's wouldn't let them use Ronald McDonald so they went with the next best thingEnsign9 wrote:Why is there a school full of Burger Kings?
My biggest hang-up so far is my experience with other games where I just tank my way through everything. That's a recipe for disaster here and has caused no shortage of deaths, even on "easy" areas like the Academy. I've gotta be more patient--I can't just blaze my way through a crowd of Burger Kings if they're all together in a small room. (That's another hang-up I have: the desire to kill everything in every area versus just run by them, which would be much easier.)scrub12 wrote:Damn. I’m at the final boss at level 137 and you’re in the Academy? You’re going to destroy them.
Yeah, I had the timing down reasonably well but my instinct every time I have an opening is to start spamming the attack button. I typically hit it one or two many times and then get smoked. I have to re-wire my brain.tree_ wrote:With fights like that, it's all about the timing of the roll
I do now!tree_ wrote:Yeah, patience is important too. Do you know about the jump heavy attack? Several of those in a relatively short time frame usually leads to him being stunned for a big attack.
I've gotten this far without making much use of the jump attack. Guess i'm just not using it right because i was not aware that several of them in a row would stun an enemyEnsign9 wrote:I do now!tree_ wrote:Yeah, patience is important too. Finished that dude today. He's not bad until he starts raining those flaming skulls down on you for what seems like forever. Eventually managed to beat him after a half dozen attempts, pretty fun boss actually.Monkey_Driven wrote:I'm to the serpent dude. Was late, but made it to the second phase on my first try. I'm about there too.. but then I got sidetracked and got stuck on another boss, MOHG, LORD OF BLOOD, and haven't played in almost a week .. might have to forget the boss and just go tackle the giants mountainmf wrote:Finished that dude today. I'm into the mountaintop of giants how, i just had to make a swing back for that boss to complete the Volcano Manor quests.
Yeah, I finished him pretty quickly. Just beat the snake and then used my Mimic Tear Spirit Ash to distract the second phase. Easy peasy.mf wrote:Finished that dude today.
